"Peter and Billy installed a mini-split a/c system in my home recently. There were 3 head units on 3 different floors. They arrived on time, discussed the work with me, and explained what they were doing when I would pop in to check on the progress. It was a two-day installation with rain on the first day and heat/humidity on the second. Throughout both days both Peter and Billy remained of good cheer, working efficiently, without a grumble about the weather. An electrician, Chris, joined them on the second day and completed his work quickly. He even took the time to tack up a dangling powerline in the drop ceiling of the basement that wasn't part of the a/c install. Mid-afternoon on the second day everything was complete. Peter walked me through the work they had done, inside and outside. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who asked."

"Paul was excellent from start to finish. His price was fair, he was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't try to upsell me. He and his assistant arrived on time on installation day to find that my tank location wasn't up to code (as was too close to the burner). He gave me the choice of leaving as is or installing the new tank shifting the location to an opposite wall (which of course would be more work for him and had to charge extra fir extra material and labor, as to be expected.). One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. "We recently had NETR install a ductless system in our single family home, and the entire experience working with NETR was consistently impressive. At every stage of the process the folks at NETR were super responsive and helpful, and their professional approach resulted in a zero surprise and zero problem experience. After initially reaching out to NETR to inquire about their services they setup a consultation visit. Russell Dodd arrived to review our property, listen to our needs and concerns, and recommend a solution. Russell is a friendly guy with many years of experience with ductless installations and had all sorts of clever suggestions on how to make this installation work best in our home. It's worth noting we also had 2 other top rated competitor firms visit to conduct property reviews, and the people that showed up were significantly less experienced than Russell and clearly did not have the product knowledge or range of ideas that Russell shared during his visit. Within days of Russell's visit we had an installation quote/estimate in hand and after sorting out a few details with NETR we scheduled an installation date. The contract covered all the items we had discussed with Russell and was very straightforward. The NETR price was competitive and in the same ballpark as the other companies – but with far superior follow-up and consultant services. There were no surprises or unclear items listed on the NETR quotes, while the quotes we received from the other companies had some areas where costs were not entirely clear. On the day of the installation Jerry Odom arrived and was the technician assigned to lead our project. Jerry was super friendly and carefully took the time explaining his installation process, listened to and answered any of our questions, and immediately went to work. Over the course of the 2 full day installation Jerry quietly and skillfully pulled everything together and made sure the units were placed exactly where we had requested. He did an exceptional job hiding piping and basically making sure that the new units throughout the house were installed in a very clean looking manner. Jerry was joined by two colleagues at various points during the installation and all were equally competent and skilled professionals. From initial outreach to the final day of the installation we interacted with at least 5 different people from NETR. The staff working back in the office were also very professional and helpful at all times. We interacted with Eleni and even one of the owners at one point when calling to confirm installation dates. This is obviously a company that values taking great care of the customer and sets an expectation that their staff are all honest, helpful, responsive and fair in all interactions. NETR deserves all the superlatives that are used to describe their people, processes, and services. This is a business that clearly makes it a priority to take care of the customer and deliver top quality work. We had a broken A/C unit. Our usual heating oil HVAC provider attempted to fix a broken AC unit 4-5 times and was unable (there was a leak somewhere they could not find). We asked them for an estimate and it took them about 1-2 months to provide it. This began during early summer.
After becoming frustrated with the other company's lack of responsiveness, we contacted Carl Tucci at All Phases. He was able to come to our house nearly immediately, we drew up an estimate that day and paid for our A/C units. The new unit was promptly installed (amusingly it was done before we even got the estimate back from our original company). The other three units were also installed over the summer, but as our current units were working, I told Carl not to put a rush on them.
The boiler was purchased slightly after the A/C units, and was installed over the course of several days, but done in such a way that we were never without heat (the final day when the heat was briefly off was warm, and they'd set everything us so that the heating time loss was minimal).
Everyone working for All Phases was highly professional, and any time I had an issue (one of the units had a manufacturer's defect) the problem was solved rapidly (in this case the next day, because the part had to be ordered).
In terms of price, I believe that it was a good price (it was about the same as the estimate we received from the other original company, but All Phases included everything; the other company did not include electrical work).
It is clear that Carl takes his business very seriously, and wants his customers to truly be happy. I would absolutely hire them again for any future needs.
