"I couldn t be happier with the quick response and job done by Jeff Franklin of Home Theater Associates! He responded online the evening I submitted my request to Home Advisor and called me the next morning. He was able to get the job done that afternoon! He connected my old Bose turntable and Go Video VCR/DVD player to my Bose surround sound system (which was not working properly) and Sony HDTV. He was able to get rid of extra wiring, which I appreciated. Most importantly, he had me write down his clear and simple instructions for using the remotes. He watched and advised me as I practiced using the remotes to watch the TV, a VCR tape, a DVD, and listen to CDs AND my vinyl records, through the working surround sound system! I m thrilled to have this all working and to have the confidence I know how to use it. Thank you Home Advisor for connecting me to Home Theater Associates. "I recently built a vacation home and was able to install 55" and 60" TVs on the walls over fireplaces using articulating mounts. When I wanted a sound bar for each I ran into a problem on how to attach them to the TVs. I called Doug and could not be happier. He and his team custom installed the sound bars and they look great! On 1 of the TVs it had to be installed on the top of the TV but Doug and his team did an excellent job mounting it and managing all the wires. I only wish I knew to call Doug while the home was under construction because he would could have assisted me and my electrician on what wires to run in the walls for various components. Doug was very professional, knowledgeable, and returned all my calls. He showed up on time even though I had to reschedule the appointments a couple of times. I definitely recommend Doug and his team and would use them again. Especially since I now know he will travel to multiple states for a project."
