"I had a tub that was not draining resulting in more than ankle deep water after each shower.  We tried to take care of the problem ourselves by putting draino in but it didn't solve the issue.  I have used this company before so I didn't hesitate to call them again.  The receptionist was efficient and helpful and i was scheduled for this morning.  The technician came this morning as promised.  He began by taking the drain plug out and then ran water in the tub.  We were both surprised when the water went down the drain with no problem.  He checked to make sure the tub continued to drain properly.  He put the drain plug mechanism back in and checked again to make sure the water went down the drain.  When Jared said that he couldn't charge me for this service call because he didn't do anything, I remembered why I trust this company with whatever plumbing needs I might have.  I will definitely hire this company again with the knowledge that no matter how awful and complex or simple the problem might be I will be treated well and with honesty and won't be overcharged."
