"KITCHEN GUT & REMODEL- This was the most seamless remodel we have ever experienced. Yaneer was at the job site EVERY day to check on the quality of work and to keep these skilled tradesmen on time from electrical to plumbing. Every one at Jerezee Construction from my 1st chat with Ian to Heather, Yaneer, Hector, Manny & all of the tradesmen that were part of delivering our dream kitchen were extremely professional, amazing craftsmanship from flooring, backsplash, custom cabinets, I could go on but I will run out of characters. We received a text every night with what was happening the following day. I wanted to adopt half the men that built this amazing kitchen, all were so great and respectful of our house & 2 Golden Retriever puppies constantly trying to distract them. Our entire 1st floor (not just the Kitchen) was cleaned by a professional crew at the end of the remodel. They don't leave anything to chance. From start to finish I have not a complaint to say. No horror stories or unfinished work. Thank you to everyone at Jerezee for standing behind exactly what they promised."

"I called Greenso construction for a quote after reading their great reviews. I needed to remodel two bathrooms. From start to finish this ended up being such a great experience. Not only were they very competitively priced they offered an all inclusive experience from electrical to cabinetry and counters, tile installers, plumbing, etc. It was exactly what I was looking for…. A one stop shop that did it all. The job started on time and finished two weeks later with zero issues. Everyone was so professional from the project manager Ron to the incredibly hard-working helpers Mattias and Roberto. The worker showed up every day right on time. "<p>We needed 200+ square feet of stone installed directly over the stucco on our posts.  Josh came out 6 weeks earlier to give us an estimate, and then updated his estimated once we picked out the natural stone at Arizona Stone in Las Vegas.  He told me from day 1 that if you choose a natural stone (versus synthetic/manufactured), cost for materials & labor would come to around $25/sf.  That is exactly the estimate he delivered.</p> <p>After our HOA approved the project, Josh and his team came out 3 weeks later and did the job in 2 days.</p> <p>The stone came out amazing.  Comments from my neighbors have been "those posts are beyond beautiful....simply spectacular."  To give you an idea of how serious Josh takes his business, he matched the grout nearly exactly to the color of our stone.  Most outdoor grout in Las Vegas is either brown or gray, but Josh gets his grout from a unique vendor that allows you to select the color of the grout from over 50 different colors.</p> <p>Will definitely use Josh and his team again, perhaps for a backyard fireplace project we are considering in 2016.</p> <br />"

"Living Water was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. From talking to Rebecca (Office person) to make the appointment. The owner Mark coming out to discuss what we wanted in the backyard and how best to get it done. To all the people on the job every day being polite and knowledgeable in answering any questions we might have. The work we wanted was the concrete patio and sidewalk removed and pavers installed, we also wanted the old grill island removed and a new one built, we wanted a fire pit and both to use house gas. Next we wanted the pool deck resurfaced and a 6ft section of it replaced do to cracks. There was auguring of 2 holes 4in watering holes for each of the 4 sumacs. Last but not least all rock removed and new rock put back. After Mark took measurements we talked more about what we wanted and what things cost. Never once did we feel as if he was rushing our conversation. He fully answered all my questions and asked a few of his own. We were told it takes about a week to finish the estimate. 6 days later we got our line by line estimate. At which time we paid $1,000 to have Mark do a computer generation simulation of what our back yard would like. If you accept the bid this goes towards your bill. The work to be completed was removal 15 by 20ft section of concrete patio and attached side walk, removal of old grill island 12X10X4 (stucco and metal frame) , mostly dead grass, 15 to 20 tons of rock, grinding down of pool deck and full replacement of 6ft part of pool deck. Install work was; put in gas line from house to grill island and fire pit, install 20 tons of rock, install 15 plants, build grill island (grill, frig, two drawers and paper towel holder), install 10 lights and control box and install patio pavers from driveway to back of house creating the patio. People to mention; Christian who spent 10 days meticulously building this incredible island BBQ. He cut and laid every block with care. Ensuring each one was just right before cementing any in place. Yugo who had to come out three times to fix plants that weren’t doing well. I can’t say enough about the way we were treated every time we called with questions or concerns. The time everyone took to listen and if need be stop by to see what we were talking about. Thank you all so much for making our back yard this wonderful, peaceful and relaxing space."

"We hired Maurin Landscapes to do our entire backyard, from pavers to plants to irrigation. The backyard was just dirt and a total blank slate. Plus, this is our first house so we had a ton of questions and second guessed ourselves a lot. Chris and his team (which is also mostly his family!) couldn’t have be nicer and more professional. They did a computer generated model of the backyard, fully explained his services and what was in the invoice, took us around his property to look at hardscapes, plants and turf and worked with the HOAs to insure the plans were approved (which was no easy tasks). His crew was awesome, we’re on time everyday and very clean/organized/respectful. After the work was done Chris came by about 4 weeks later to make sure we loved everything and explained our irrigation system to us, how to adjust it, how to care for our plants and overall inspected the work the crew did. I am the type of person that needs to feel comfortable with someone to give them a large sum of money or to perform work for me. Chris and his team are fantastic, professional and friendly. You would be a fool not to go with Mauri Landscapes! Top notch all around!"
