"KITCHEN GUT & REMODEL- This was the most seamless remodel we have ever experienced. Yaneer was at the job site EVERY day to check on the quality of work and to keep these skilled tradesmen on time from electrical to plumbing. Every one at Jerezee Construction from my 1st chat with Ian to Heather, Yaneer, Hector, Manny & all of the tradesmen that were part of delivering our dream kitchen were extremely professional, amazing craftsmanship from flooring, backsplash, custom cabinets, I could go on but I will run out of characters. We received a text every night with what was happening the following day. I wanted to adopt half the men that built this amazing kitchen, all were so great and respectful of our house & 2 Golden Retriever puppies constantly trying to distract them. Our entire 1st floor (not just the Kitchen) was cleaned by a professional crew at the end of the remodel. They don't leave anything to chance. From start to finish I have not a complaint to say. No horror stories or unfinished work. Thank you to everyone at Jerezee for standing behind exactly what they promised."

"<p>We needed 200+ square feet of stone installed directly over the stucco on our posts.  Josh came out 6 weeks earlier to give us an estimate, and then updated his estimated once we picked out the natural stone at Arizona Stone in Las Vegas.  He told me from day 1 that if you choose a natural stone (versus synthetic/manufactured), cost for materials & labor would come to around $25/sf.  That is exactly the estimate he delivered.</p> <p>After our HOA approved the project, Josh and his team came out 3 weeks later and did the job in 2 days.</p> <p>The stone came out amazing.  Comments from my neighbors have been "those posts are beyond beautiful....simply spectacular."  To give you an idea of how serious Josh takes his business, he matched the grout nearly exactly to the color of our stone.  Most outdoor grout in Las Vegas is either brown or gray, but Josh gets his grout from a unique vendor that allows you to select the color of the grout from over 50 different colors.</p> <p>Will definitely use Josh and his team again, perhaps for a backyard fireplace project we are considering in 2016.</p> <br />"

They moved all the furniture, returned it to where it was! Cleaned up everything after they were done. They take pride in their work and it shows in every detail.
