"They ( Bob Johnson and Kevin Holley) were punctual, neat and got it all done in 2 1/2 days. Initially they were going to clean out the line, reline it and place a cleanout. But once they ran their camera down, they determined that was not possilbe due to the sharp angles with the original pipe in order to connect with the county sewer line. Very willing to answer all questions. They gave us the price up front, so no surprises. They worked long days, digging the 18 foot deep trench, laying new line and backfilling everything. They were careful with our front yard plants/trees, asking if any could be sacrificed to get the line placed. The ones important to me were unharmed. They were very careful to regrade the yard, explaining there would be settling over the next 6-9 months, and that we would probably need to fill some areas again and advised not to sod or install sprinklers for a least a year because of the settling that would occur. If we ever need a plumber, we would definitly call them again. I just hope we don't need to."

"Back in August, my 3 rental homes all had to be re-piped, with new water heaters put in and 320' of gas lines dug across the property. It was a major overhaul project and required a crew with solid plumbing, gas and electrical experience to manage it all simultaneously. It was expensive, but the work needed to be done and because there were multiple tenants involved, the units all had to be back up and running quickly and correctly. I would have given the company 5 stars for this job except I discovered that 6 weeks ago the previous crew failed to ensure that the gas furnaces in all 3 houses were also hooked up and working properly. After I spent the past 5 nights freezing in 30 degree weather, Robert arrived today knowing that I was pretty upset over learning about this oversight in November.
