"EXCELLENT!! Our air went out on 6/28 and temps in our home hit 91. It was unbearable for us and our 4 chihuahuas. We have a home warranty contract and Fuss Free was to be the service provider. We were concerned that with this heat and an upcoming holiday they might be really busy and we may have to wait for days for service (very understandable). We purchased room size window ACs just in case. But we didn’t need them. The technician arrived today and we have working AC! The technician was so personable and fixed our AC really quick. We were so happy that I called the office to thank them for such a quick response and to let them know how pleasant the technician was We highly recommend FUSS FREE for your AC needs. "Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. I appreciated his attitude, as well as his skill set! His work was excellent, and soon we hope to use him to remodel our kitchen! Thanks, Carl!

"JB was a pleasure to work with. I have had the floor done many times to only be disappointed. There was a high shine on the floor that always showed dirt and it had many holes. The floor was very expensive and we were thinking of taking it out. JB was the first restoration company that did what he promised. First he recommended we get rid of the high shine and he has a special method of filling in all the holes. The floor looks incredible and was done over two weeks ago and still looks better than it has ever looked. He does what he promises. He and his work crew were polite and hardworking. Though it is never easy having your house taken over for a week, they made it as easy as possible. His recommendation to get rid of the high shine was right. I will call on him again to do the high traffic areas around the kitchen."

"The work was completed very well and on time.  They do use a sub contractor to do the physical install.  The contractor was very good and covered all the permitting and was here when the inspector showed up.  The inspector actually commented that they like to see the large number of screws that they used on the install so the door was secure.
There was an issue with the front door handles, they sent over the wrong handles that didn't fit, so we had a day without door handles on the front door until they came in from the manufacturer.

"Jorge with BrightBay Construction & remodeling responded quickly, he custom built a cabinet to fit around our new refrigerator, custom fit & installed another cabinet in our laundry room, repaired/ secured an outside shutter & increased electrical amps in an outlet. He is professional, knowledgeable, hard working , & everything looks great. Price was reasonable and we can tell he puts heart in his work. "Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.
