"JB was a pleasure to work with. I have had the floor done many times to only be disappointed. There was a high shine on the floor that always showed dirt and it had many holes. The floor was very expensive and we were thinking of taking it out. JB was the first restoration company that did what he promised. First he recommended we get rid of the high shine and he has a special method of filling in all the holes. The floor looks incredible and was done over two weeks ago and still looks better than it has ever looked. He does what he promises. He and his work crew were polite and hardworking. Though it is never easy having your house taken over for a week, they made it as easy as possible. His recommendation to get rid of the high shine was right. I will call on him again to do the high traffic areas around the kitchen."

"The work was completed very well and on time.  They do use a sub contractor to do the physical install.  The contractor was very good and covered all the permitting and was here when the inspector showed up.  The inspector actually commented that they like to see the large number of screws that they used on the install so the door was secure.
There was an issue with the front door handles, they sent over the wrong handles that didn't fit, so we had a day without door handles on the front door until they came in from the manufacturer.

"Jorge with BrightBay Construction & remodeling responded quickly, he custom built a cabinet to fit around our new refrigerator, custom fit & installed another cabinet in our laundry room, repaired/ secured an outside shutter & increased electrical amps in an outlet. "Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.
