"Earlier this year we had someone staying in our house while we were away and they had problems with the AC, so they called someone out to fix it who said that our system "was on its last leg" and "won't make it through another summer."
They went on to recommend various AC systems we should buy to replace our current one.  Since then we haven't  had any problems, but thought it would be good to get some other opinions.  Since Absolute AC was highly recommended here, we decided to have them out to see what they thought.  Brian and his associate were out this morning, did a thorough check and told us that everything was fine and that our system could last another five years with proper maintenance and service.  He said there was no reason at this point to think about replacing it, which we were very happy to hear.

"From the very first phone call to the final install, this company is nothing short of A+. The initial phone call was answered immediately and all my questions were answered. They are ready to install your new water heater within 24 hours of your initial phone call. Mike was our service technician, who calls before arriving at your home with a time that he will be there. We were scheduled for noon and he showed up at 11:58...impressive, given the traffic conditions in LA on a Friday. We live in a 3 story townhouse with the water heater on the top floor. Mike accessed the situation, which was very tricky, given the stairs and angles that the heaters needed to be maneuvered. He did warn that there might be some water leakage with taking out the old heater. We also had brand new hardwood flooring on the first 2 levels that we were somewhat concerned about. "They're very responsive. They came out to check thing when we had questions. The work, they came out a couple times to train the new thermostat they installed. They were fine. It took about a week. They had to come out and look at stuff. Then give the estimate and then we decided on it. They had to order the stuff. Then we discovered the hot water piece needed to be completely done so they ordered that piece. So it was about a weeks job."

"During a heat wave we came home after being away for several days to an unresponsive AC unit. We called California Comfort first thing in the morning. Chris already had several repairs booked but he promised he would come before the day was out. He kept his promise, arrived at 6:30 pm and in 15 minutes had our AC unit up and running. To top it off when he found out we were new to SoCal and Riverside, he spent several minutes visiting and sharing his list of things to enjoy in the area. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely hire him again if and when the need arises."
