"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.  
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

Aaron found the part and had it installed and my heater running within 3 hours of his arrival (the morning after my frantic call to him!). With grandsons coming in for 2 weeks from a snowy home, he literally saved Christmas for me!! Very fair with his pricing too!! Can't recommend him enough!!!"
