"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. "The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater."

"The job went extremely well it was a service call to have ACE come out and take a look at the PCV pipes and connections running from the part of the AC unit inside my home. I had water leaking from the unit coming up underneath my hardwood. Ryan was great (professional, knowledgeable, very personable); he checked out everything very carefully and found the water was leaking from inside my unit. In addition to checking the pipes and connections on the AC and ensuring no other debris he unclogged the drains in my master bathroom."

"Everything went perfectly. Cliff called me within 2 days and set up a time to come out. He called a half hour before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and got to work. He politely and patiently indulged me with all the questions I had for him and talked me through what we were looking at as I stood over his shoulder as he scoped the sewer line. He even moved the camera to a second clean-out and scoped the other side of the house. He summed up what he saw, and gave me his opinion and possible future scenarios based on the condition of my sewer lines. He even cleaned out another line for me while he was there that was not part of the original work order. Cliff / Morgan Leak Detection was great to do business with.
