"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"The process was thoroughly explained.  We had already moved all moveable furniture so cleaning went fairly quickly.  Cleaner was sprayed on the carpets and probably got on walls and furniture legs.  That concerned me some, but I do not see any damage from it.  The 10-year-old carpets were left in good condition with little smell.  It did take a little longer to dry than I thought it would, but with the ceiling fans on, they were dry by evening.

"Derek and his wife showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job. They charged exactly what they originally quoted when they came out and reviewed the work to be done.
I wanted to use a specific brand of solvent-based impregnating granite sealer and color enhancer/impregnator that AAA doesn't carry, and they had no problem with that.   I purchased both products online, and AAA split the cost with me. When they were done, they left the remaining sealer & color enhancer with me, as I had requested.
After they finished, Derek was careful to give me instructions on how long to wait before placing things back on the countertops and how long before the backsplashes could get wet.
