"Exceeded my expectations. I have had them do major re-pipe job and this was a minor repair compared to above but they arrive on time, are excellent at communications and safety (they send a photo of your repairperson so you know who is coming) very personable, yet get the job done so professionally and efficiently. I will NOT use a different plumbing or HVAC company unless these guys change. Can't say enough good things about them"

"Had HVAC replaced and Water softener installed. Very professional, installed quickly, done right. Only complaint is that the cost maybe a little high."

"Had to get water softner replaced. The company seemed a bit pricey but the work was done quickly and done right the first time. Would recommend this business."

"Said I needed to approach city or county about repair as it was their responsibility (water run-off drain); suggested I might even need to involve the Mayor's Action Committee (implying he didn't think the county/city would "get around" to the job without taking it to the mayor.) "Oh Good!" but probably helpful, knowledgeable advice!"

"Derrick was able to fix the leak on the cold water line leading to my waterheater within 20 minutes. Derrick was informative, professional, and efficient in getting the job completed. However, the initial price ($342) was very high he was able to get Pristine Plumbing to come down a bit. I still feel that for less than $15 in materials and less than 20 minutes of actual work that $250 was too high."

"The technician arrived on time, evaluated our water softening system, discussed options for how it may be improved, but generally advised that no changes were needed at this time.

"Everything went very well. He's a great guy to work with! He showed up on time and his prices were competitive. He cleaned up well and a year and a half later, everything is still working smoothly! I definitely plan on using him if we have any plumbing issues in the future."

"THE ACTUAL INSTALLERS PATRICK PENNINGTON AND HIS SON WERE VERY CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THEIR PUNCTUALITY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE IN THE MORNING AND DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THE AFTERNOON."

"Good company to hire. We will definitely use again for plumbing issues.

"I contacted several waterproofing companies and Marty was the first to get back to me. He responded back within an hour or two, which is great when you're worried about leaks. As a younger female I'm always concerned that I'll be overcharged or sold services I don't need but Marty was very transparent with me. He confirmed that my water problems were an above grade issue and I didn't need basement waterproofing. His honest expertise saved me a lot of money and unnecessary worry, thank you!"
