"We put off doing this project for a long time because it was a major renovation and we were worried about making the right decisions.  We were fortunate to find Todd because his combination of experience and professionalism was exactly what we were hoping for.  Todd was great to work with!  He had good ideas, helped guide us to make kitchen design choices, and asked for our input on every aspect of the project. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen!
The following is a list of everything that was included in the labor estimate:
Prep areas with plastic walls to contain dust as best as possible, move appliances, remove existing cabinets and countertops, take down existing drywall to the studs and down to strapping on ceiling , remove existing floor tiles , install new patio door and window, insulate walls, hang drywall, tape and mud or plaster walls and ceiling, create new openings in wall between kitchen and front room and wall at foot of stairs, prime ceiling and walls, install new cabinets, install new window and door trim,
install new tile floor, install tile backsplash, remove all debris, be on site when inspector comes to sign off on different phases of job.

"Mr. Petralito returned call promptly, and stated that although he could  perform the job, he was VERY HONEST, and indicated he was not a licensed electrician.  In order to maintain our warranty on this particular job,  it would be best to hire a licensed electrician.  I would definitely hire him for future needs."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

"Tony was excellent. Very hard working, pleasant, and followed through on his set schedules. He also checked out beyond the targeted problem to the total functioning of the appliance. I was even able to add to his work load as I learned of his extensive repair parameters. Thank you Tony."
