"Frank, the owner of the company was very professional and informative from the start.  I had over 7 roofing companies come out to quote the job and by far I was most impressed with Frank and FBI Contracting.  I learned they had a solid reputation after doing a little investigating and a back ground check on the owner, they had great reviews and a clean record as well as a perfect BBB rating with no complaints and a very nice write up in a Manchester newspaper as one of NH top 5 roofing contractors.

They made the job seemed simple Frank and his crew did a very professional job, my yard was respected and cleaned daily, Frank and his guys took the time to do the job right and the roof came out excellent, so good I know he got a few jobs from my neighbors which makes he happy.  Frank took the time to answer any questions and explain his methods and how they work over competitors which was helpful and good to know.  Since my roof was installed everything has been great, we had some snow since and it just slides right off which is very cool to watch, very happy with my roof and with the metal shingles.

I would use FBI again, most likely for windows and siding once I pay off the roof.  Don't just take my word for it look them up on-line and with the BBB and see for yourself.  I did my homework and it definitely paid off.  Thanks Frank."

"John showed up with another contractor, Steve, and got to work right away.  They estimated the job would take $300 for the floor replacement, $50 for the tiling and $25 if I wanted them to do the trim work (quarter round).  They went to the nearest hardware store, and bought the materials required to do the job.  Steve and John replaced the floor, then Steve retiled it and put down the quarter-round.  When they were finished, you couldn't tell they had done any work, other than the toilet and floor being on solid footing.  They finished the job on time. 

The only tiniest quibble I have is that I did not ask if the $375 included materials, or if it was only labor -- When the bill finally came it was $415 instead of the 375 because of the materials they had to buy -- but they did only make me pay cost on the materials.  Overall I was very satisfied with their work, and would happily use them again!"
