"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"The two guys who came were personable and professional. However, they didn't disconnect the duct at the dryer end and I ended up needing to do so myself to clean the flex-vent connecting the dryer to the main duct myself. When doing so, I discovered that the duct within the dryer cabinet itself seemed loose. I ended up hiring an appliance repair guy recommended by Angie's List to check into it and it turns out that the connection between the internal duct and the fan housing had never been taped when it was installed. The dryer cabinet was completely coated with a thick layer of lint. It was apparent that the internal duct had been disconnected for years, so this is in no way the fault of the duct cleaners."

"I called them, and they promptly returned the call and scheduled to come out- I had leaking pipes under my sink, and the washer drain pipe had overflowed. He came out very quickly and while looking at the washer issue, discovered that my well tank was waterlogged. (I have a well)  Since it was a bladder tank, and shouldn't get waterlogged, apparently the sediment from the well had caused the bladder to leak and be destroyed. He had noticed that every time the water ran, the pump kicked on and confirmed this with pressure checks and draining it. I hadn't planned on this, but since he picked up on it, and was there and this would save the wear on the well pump I opted to have him do the work. He installed a new water tank, and cleaned all the faucets, and installed all new pipes to the water tank. After all that, he then re-plumbed under the sink and tried to snake the washer drain pipe. He wasn't able to get the snake in and recommended trying a drain cleaner and also having the septic pumped. AND he didn't charge me for either the sink plumbing or the snaking attempt! He also honored the coupon from Angies List to cut the cost of the tank a bit. 
It certainly wasn't what I was expecting, but I would rather know I have a bad water tank, and replace it than to burn out my well pump!!
I felt he was being honest with me, and in fact recommended I get a water filter to catch the sediment before it entered the tank or house line. I couldn't afford that too, at this point, but appreciated the fact he made the suggestion so this wouldn't happen again. When I'm ready to get that done I will definitely be calling him again.
