"The initial meeting with the designer went very well and the subsequent installation of the closet design was professionally done in a timely manner. The only problem was that the installer was short one small shelf for the 2nd bedroom closet. The designer agreed to drop off the shelf as she would be in the area. This was about a week after the installation. She failed to deliver. the shelf. We left subsequent phone messages for her. No call was returned. Upon calling Crooked Oak again, we were told the designer was on vacation and she would be given the message to call us. We did not hear from the designer and after about a month and a half, we called her again. The receptionist said she would get information from the designer about the shelf and call us back. When the call was not returned we called back the next day. We were advised that earlier in the day the designer had left the shelf on our porch. Yes, the shelf was on our porch swing with the necessary hardware. The designer left no note nor was any subsequent contact to date from Crooked Oak acknowledging their failure to professionally handle this matter."
