"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! "This was a gas line repair/replacement job. Jose arrived as scheduled and ready to go. I gave him a cash deposit at the time of project estimate to buy some materials. I expected to see someone with a gas sensor to trace down the leak and do all of that pro looking voodoo. Jose is not that guy. He knows what he's doing, how the job is supposed to look and what materials are needed to get it done. The price was OK, but I'm no judge of what is normal and I didn't get a competing bid. I was thinking about doing that, but after speaking to Jose, I got the sense that he took good workmanship seriously and i was not disappointed. The gas smell is gone, the new piping looks neat, well laid out and properly secured. Plus he helped me with a DIY range top install at no extra charge. I'll definitely hire So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter again."
