"From start to finish HomeSpec was my choice after several estimates. From when Zach came out for my estimate, he got under my crawl space when others would not, saying it was too low. After accepting their services, it didn’t take long, and Kevin with his crew were at the house, and on time, and during the coldest temps of the year in late January. Having a couple minor setback due to the extreme cold, they still completed on time! Brian, the project manager, stayed in constant contact with me through everything!Everyone was very polite, professional, and respectful to my home. HomeSpec went above and beyond for me with this job, and I would highly recommend them for any basement or crawl space waterproofing project! I liked the work they did so much, I called and thanked them personally! Thank you again for a job well done!!"

"We had the foundation repaired around our house and the basement repaired due to our drainage problems. This was 17 years ago and we have had no problems since that time. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. I would suggest to every new home owner who builds a new house to have Everdry do the waterproofing of the foundation and drainage outside the house. They are wonderful!"

"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Erie homes very professional from first encounter to finished project. I now have peace of mind knowing my basement is waterproof. Great job!!"

"Jason Shelton did a fantastic job for us today. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us regarding our basement floor crack. It was great to have an expert give us the information we needed. Now we have an expert to help us with any foundation issues. I give Jason and A+."

"Steve and his team did an excellent job on our project, which included adding insulation to our attic spaces, sealing the attic and basement, removing old insulation in the basement, and treating the basement for mold. Steve helped us feel comfortable and confident about the work that needed to be done to the house. Joe and Rick did excellent work on the project, which was completed quickly. Would work with again!"

"This is a great company to use in making a 141 year old basement waterproof. I look foreward to having a waterproo basemant. Craig was pleasant and went the extra mile to make the experience great."

"They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!"

"I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved. I highly recommend this company, and know that I went with the best!!!"

"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional and was accommodating to the fact that we needed to keep the home clean due to selling it and took extra steps to ensure no contamination spread to the rest of the house. After the job was done I have had zero issues with water and we are closing on our home today. Thank you so much for your hard work and courtesy Stay Dry! Pictures below are just after washing and cleaning. It appears wet but was completely dry the next day."
