Katon was able to respond promptly although we had never worked with him before. He gave us a reliable ETA and a good estimate of how long the repair would take. "Excellent job. The owner was able to diagnose the problem with our generator. He made a sound recording and video documenting the problem and sent it to the generator company enabling us to receive new parts under the warranty. Mr. Byrne then installed those parts and fixed the generator. We have since used New Grange for all our electrical needs."

"if i gave it the old olympic try, i couldn't find anything negative to say. the guy was prompt, on-time, polite and it was self-evident that he was competent and experienced. he didn't charge much either. he got (what seemed to me, at least) a LOT of work done in a short amount of time. seriously, what the hell can i say?? i'll definitely be calling him again if we ever need an electrician. this guy i'd recommend one-hundred percent."
