"Last Summer my A/C went out. The company we had used in years past let quality slide to the point of "get out of my house!" They did the A/C with less than zero issues. Come to think of it, the service was like a visit from a past era when people tried to do the right thing and companies were not just in it for a buck. Funny story. I had to call them for service not long after the install because a storm knocked out my power while I was at work. The house was toasty when I arrived because the power just returned. The tech was unaware of the outage and was puzzled. He assured me things would be cool in about an hour, which they were. Haven't had an issue since. First "maintenance" visit today. Again, fantastic experience! Choose Goff when you get the chance."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

So my central air went on the blink and I called Scott again he came right out and got it running but it was on its last leg so we got a new one Scott came out installed it for us .we could not be happier .If you want a very reliable person and someone who really cares about your well-being this is the guy.Always Always explained everything in words you can understand this guy is AWSOME I wonâ t go anywhere else."

"They were prompt to respond and were here to quickly assess the issues with my furnace and A/C system. After correcting the thermostat issue from a previous repair service the furnace was fixed. I had explained that we were told we would need a new furnace and A/C system by another contractor. I was told by Gnoth and Naragon Heating, LLC we did not need a new furnace or A/C and the extreme expense for a new system. The furnace & central A/C system did not need changed but they would test the A/C system for the leaks in the cooling system. We had the A/C system charged last summer due to a slow leak and were told then the whole system would have to be replaced this year. Gnoth gave me an estimate with the possibility of needing just a new A - coil only and would save me thousands of dollars. They were honest up front with what the estimate would cost and scheduled a date prior to the outdoor heat to test and correct the A/C system. Within a few days the service tech was here and repaired our system. A+ to the honesty, courtesy, knowledge, testing, and cost savings was every bit of 5 star rating and more. I would recomend Gnoth and Naragon Heating, LLC to anyone as a number one rated contractor. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of a well professional contractor.
