"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. "Impressive.  First urgent repair visit was so timely and responsive, I was impressed.  The cost wasn't outrageous and they were really professional.  My house is 40 years old so I had the mdo a plumbing inspection.  They found a few things, but not much.  Again, I was impressed.  In an older house, they could have taken advantage of the situation and convinced me I needed a lot.  When they returned for the follow up work, they were on time, professional, clean, and quick.  Additionally, they fixed a few small little things along the way (like the screws in my crawl space door.  When they left, the spaces they used were cleaner when they showed up.  They have a loyal customer in me.  The prices are competitive, maybe a touch more than I'd find elsewhere, but well worth the few extra bucks.! <br />"
