"They made sure I understood all of my options and gave me a very good price on a new water heater install. Out of all of the companies I received estimates from, these guys were easiest to talk to and I never felt like they were just trying to make a buck. They beat every other estimate by big margin, though you would not be able to tell by looking at the great job they did. They gave me a full tutorial on the water heater and some helpful info about my furnace as well. I will be using Top Shelf for all of my heating and air needs in the future. I am very impressed!"

"Dan was a pleasure - he carried out the repairs and explained exactly what he was doing, and why the waste disposal was blocked. Dan also replaced the pump on the water heater, the water flows much better and we have hot water in all the necessary rooms. Excellent job and would recommend."
