"Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I was shocked however by the fact that 2 men on the installation team smoked all day long. My property is rural with no fire hydrants - the prospect of fire is terrifying to me. At the end of the 2 days the system was installed but it took an additional technician coming out after the crew had left to get the system functional."

"I first contacted Chance about a heater problem at my rental property and not only did he solve the problem, but my tenants actually called me to say how impressed they were with his workmanship AND his customer service skills! Chance is the now the first person I call whenever I need ANY WORK done, in my rental or my home! He fixed my garbage disposal, washing machine issues, set up a new thermostat system in my home, and if I call with a problem thatâ s not in his wheelhouse, he knows who to refer me to. I am so happy to have found someone I can trust, who is reasonably priced for his services, and will also suggest viable suggestions to save his customers money."
