"My husband and I purchased our craftsman home about six months ago, and while we absolutely love its character, we knew that meant taking on a few repairs along the way (ew). From the very beginning, the experience was fantastic. Andrew, our technician, was truly exceptional. During the estimate process, he was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly informative. He walked us through everything we could expect during the job from noise and dust to the possibility of additional repairs like drywall or tile so there were no surprises. That level of transparency was so appreciated for two first time home owners! Scheduling was quick and seamless. And the results? Absolutely immaculate. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn?t be more pleased, even if the dogs weren't thrilled at the sounds (lol)! Afterwards, Andrew was kind enough to discuss the warranties and paperwork for the parts with me! A huge thank you to Andrew and Mr. Pipey for making this an easy process!"

"Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount."

"Repair (balance springs) was too expensive. Charged for service call only."

"The two-man crew arrived in the morning, removed most of the old galvanized water piping and installed new copper piping mains and a functional bathroom by the afternoon. The remaining work was completed the next day. All demolition and trash was removed from the house. Our clean up consisted of wiping down surfaces and floors. This project went very well."

"I pulled up Angie's List and selected CSR (Complete Service Restoration). Within 30 minutes after contacting CSR, Ron Minando was at our door. Within another 45 minutes Ron's crew arrived. As Julius Caesar said upon landing in Britain, They came, They saw. They conquered. With CSR, They came. They saw. They conquered a smelly, moldy, and disgustingly wet basement. To ensure that water, dirt, and contaminants, were not tracked into our house, they put down a waterproof cloth matting on the main floor, the laundry room and the garage. Working in a quiet professional manner, the crew drained the basement, extracted water from the carpeting and padding, zipped it into watertight plastic bags and disposed of it in a dumpster. They did the same with the wet drywall and some water damaged contents. They moved so quietly and quickly that my wife and I were unaware they brought in very large air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. After removing all the contaminated debris, they sprayed the floor and walls with a plant-based (no toxic chemicals) anti-bacterial agent. By acting quickly, CSR was able to save my wife's hat room and its 300 plus hats Hooray! It took several days to remove mold and dry the basement, but when they finished we had a clean odor-free basement. The men were prompt, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the dangers of a water/mold damaged basement. If needed, I would definitely hire CSR again."

"Brian came out to my house immediately in response to something that I perceived as an emergency situation. Brian diagnosed the problem as a relatively minor and inexpensive issue even though he clearly could have sold me on a very expensive and unnecessary repair. I will call use him again."

"I had standing water in my sink for days and called Metro Rooter. They came out a couple of hours later. The drain was a mess but they got the clog and that made my day."
