"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! "This was to install toilet in master bath. I had removed the old toilet. During this process, the plastic flange that holds the bolts and wax ring broke. I called and they came out. We agreed they would replace the flange and seat the new toilet. Work was rescheduled more than once, so I was left with a hole in my floor for 3 days. When they came, the work was done quickly, but they didn't seem to make an effort to clean up after the job was finished. Price was good and I'm considering having them back to do the other toilet."
