My husband did that (to save us money) and the next day we got a huge rainstorm and tony came out again (he was not even scheduled to) and saw the problem and told me how they'd fix it. He was great at explaining it in laymens terms. They were booked 3 weeks out (popular) and they guy came to fix it and man did he earn his $$. The 3 cracks in all different walls were huge and they sealed from the inside all the way to the outside. "They came at the scheduled time and the guy was very nice. He pointed out another crack that would likely need to be injected in the future, so we had him go ahead and take care of it while he was there. Sadly, the next time it rained, the cracks seeped again. They are returning to fix, as their injections have a lifetime warrant. Which is great, but it's annoying to have to clear out a crawl space repeatedly. I have to note, I had to choose between yes and no if I would hire again. I am not sure if I would. I guess it depends on how the next round goes."

"We received the estimate and scheduled the service. We realized that we were going to be out of town at that time but Atlas was fine with taking care of the job. We came home and we had actually forgotten that it was going to be done. We could not get over how nice the sidewalk looks and how they cleaned up afterwards! We thought that when they did the job that our grass would be damaged along the sidewalk edges and also some edging that we have along one side might be damaged also but nothing was. We were very impressed with how other than the sunken sidewalk being raised you could not tell that work was done!
