They diagnosed the problem by spending like 4 hours at my place and when we could not figure out the exact cause, they did help narrow it down to being either a broken intake pipe or high water table. They also put a temporary reroute for ground water to rule out any issues with the sewer line which is the case sometimes. They replaced one of my broken sump pump too for a reasonable price."

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. "My 15 year old water heater started leaking and causing my carbon monoxide detector to go off. I decided to just get a new one since it was on its last legs anyway. The first plumbing service I called couldn't fit me in until the following afternoon, so I called Plumb-It instead. Scott quoted me some prices and said he could be there the same afternoon, and in fact, he arrived a little early, which was great. Everything took about 2 hours, the new water heater has been great, and my CO detector has been silent. Definitely would hire again."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."
