"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

"We had a leak in a pipe near the water heater.  I told Brian I intended to replace the water heater so he applied a temporary fix - at no cost - rather than spend the time necessary to a long term fix.
Because I have a large house and a large tub, the original configuration was a 40 gallon heater and a 50 gallon storage tank.  I had the storage tank removed when it began to leak a few years ago.
The remaining heater was good for a shower or two but no more, and the water was cold before the tub was filled enough for the jets to kick in.
Brian quoted me a high efficiency tank heater (with a storage tank) and a tankless model.  I've been considering a tankless heater for a long time but when I did the math, I decided a tankless was probably my best option.  Brian and Bill installed it a few days later and explained how to maintain it. 
There doesn't seem to be any less water pressure but the supply of hot water never ends!  I highly recommend this company and the tankless option.
