"My technician Kyle was very informative and respectful. He explained what was going on and was very professional. Kyle even left me with an electric heater for the evening until they could replace my furnace the next day. "Jeff and his brother Jim have done all the plumbing work in my house. Everything from water heaters to hose bibs. They can do it all. As cliche as it might sound there really is no job to big or small for Jeff and Jim. They are very reasonably priced and do a very through job. They have done plumbing work for my elderly in-laws and my mom as well and they both very pleased the results."

"He is great. He is all about taking initiative. He does not want to replace anything unless it is necessary, but he will repair everything.I am very, very please with him."

"They were able to come out and quickly help me install my sump pump and replaced the piping, which had been a non-professional job, fixing some issues and extra strain on the pump."

"It went very, very well. I called Windy City Rooter at 8am and before 11am they were fixing the water heater. I thought a new one was needed but that was not the case. The temperature & pressure valve caused the leakage. it was replaced immediately. James and Justin were very friendly, courteous and professional. Both provided excellent service."

"I admit I hated having to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment. Smelly hot water is not fun to live with, but they did say they would come out sooner if someone cancelled, but.. no one did. They came out at the scheduled evening, and fixed it! I did speak to the plumber that installed the water heater, and he quoted me $200 for the project, which, according to YouTube, would take less than 10 minutes, and only needed a 1 1/16 heavy duty socket and a bucket.. and some strength. After the discount from the coupon from Angie's list, and the fact that we bought the new Anode Rod already.. we still had to pay $110 out of pocket.. guess it's better than $200 total. Norman's also mentioned the 'usual fee' of $200."
