"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The whole process went very smooth.  From the first estimate until completion.  JD is very easy to communicate with, and is very professional, and a man of his word.
We have several estimates on replacing our window and doors.  Wood Rot was the highest of the three by a several thousand dollars.  We choose Wood Rot solutions anyway.  And very glad that we did.  His service and workmanship is well worth the extra money.
WE could not be any happier with our windows, and doors.  And would recommend that if you want things done right, I would pay the extra cost and use Wood Rot Solutions.

"When Jeff came by to give me an estimate, he did a temporary "quick fix" on my door so I could lock it. I so appreciated this, because up until that time I was using a rod to block the door.
Jeff ALWAYS kept in touch with me giving me a realistic time frame for project completion.
All finished projects, the deck, the front door and the interior painting were  PERFECTLY done.
I couldn't have been happier with ALL of his work.
