He showed up on time, was friendly and respectful (wore a mask) and took the time to really understand not just what we wanted to do but why we were doing it. Then his company would come back to replace the wiring. He also noticed that my outlets and switches were not up to code, and gave me an estimate to replace those. He went ahead and fixed one switch for me as part of the diagnostic and troubleshooting visit (which was about $315 with tax)."
