Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. He took the steps necessary to access the leaky line and also replaced the spigot. He was pleasant, professional and charged a reasonable fee for the repairs. I will definitely keep him in mind for future plumbing needs."

"Michael came out. He realized that the faucet would not fit our current set up, he removed the panel to the back of the shower and replaced the pipe. He installed the new faucet and diverter. The faucet looks good and works like it is supposed to. He also tested our water after hurricane Milton came through. Our water was fine.
