"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. We also were very pleased with Jose (the main painter that ran the show when Charlie was not around). Joe stayed in close contact with Charlie and us as the job developed. "Pann was knowledgable, responsive, did all work correctly, on time, and within budget. He went above and beyond by taking care of issues he uncovered that we were not aware were there. He worked with us to come up with the idea of installing an Internet closet that made it possible to have less visible cables and cords running on our walls. The finished project works great and I appreciate having a clean look behind my TV stand. Running the new electric to the detached garage was hard work. Pann crawled around under our house to pull the new wiring through. He even worked within our tight schedule of 2 weeks! Again, everything works great and we will definitely hire again for future needs."

"What: NOT Plumbing. Electrical wiring for/and installation of flood lights above garage door, side walkway to backyard, and backyard. Also installed porch light. Pros: On time, courteous Comments: Backyard floodlight was on all day & all night and on the same electrical source of the lights in the laundry room light and side walkway to backyard. The only way to turn it off was to turn off the electrical switch in the box, which turned off all 3 lights mentioned above. The flood lights were supposed to be on, with a timer, only during dark hours, but either it was on all night because they tied it to the laundry & walkway "wire" or electrical switch, OR they didn't put it on timer, or some other reason. They sent another team out to fix the issue within the next few weeks. Recommendation: Buy your own light fixture, inform YOU want to pick and have them install. Otherwise, they go with their own vendor and the alternative did not look anything like the style we wanted."
