"The attic stairs to our 1955 Home would no longer work. After calling over 30 companies, we found Alberto Acevedo's Magno's Construction. He came over with the idea of determining the type of replacement stairs needed. However, after analyzing the situation, he asked us if we would consider his fixing the stairs instead of replacing them. We were thrilled with this option since we had been told our home was too old to fix the issues. He arrived today and had the job completed in about 2 hours. He showed me how to pull the stairs down and then put the stairs back up since my husband is not able to do this anymore. His fee was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we had received. He was easy to work with; listened carefully to our needs; and provided an excellent job. We know we will be using him again in the future. We are proud to recommend him as an excellent contractor."
