"The electrical cord did not reach the outlet box so I have to use an extension cord to operate the door opener. Tech said that if an inspector looked at it that this would be illegal Wondered why the motor was installed in this matter. I paid, I believe over $800 for substandard work. Now I need an electrician to correct the problem. I'm not satisfied with this job."

"The team at Valiant Garage Door did excellent service at my home in Pleasanton. They were very professional and thier prices were exactly what I expected. They came the same day and had the work finished in less than an hour! Highly recommend!"

"Hale Garage Door Repair was the first to respond to my inquiry on Angi. Showed up promptly the next day to evaluate the door repair required. Cost to repair was 1/3rd the cost to fully replace and modernize a 20 year old garage door so we decided to replace and get a insulated, ultra quiet and wifi enabled assembly. The company was able to come the next day and fully install. They were polite and efficient. I would recommend them. I have no data to corroborate but I suspect they are at par or maybe 10-15% more expensive if I had gotten multiple quotes, however the experience (timeliness, efficiency) seemed worth it to me."

"Had a terrific experience with Roman from Doorgi garage doors. Had a broken spring and bracket which he quickly repaired, as well as some helpful advice on maintenance and options for the future. And it was at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again when it’s time for me to replace my garage door opener!"

"The technician who did the work was very nice, explained what is needed, etc. The initial quote was quite high and then he called Door-Mart to ask if there is discount to apply and got 10% off the initial price. I am under the impression that going through HomeAdvisor means I am getting the best value and I do not have to bargain. This was disappointing. Eventually I paid $736 to replace two springs for a standard 2 car home garage, I think the price is still high. I went with Door-Mart because my car was stuck inside the garage and need to get the work done."

"Our garage door broke on a Friday; not the opener, but the actual door was warped and wouldn't close. It is very uncomfortable to have a gaping hole in the front of the house. They came out that day, clearly expressed what could be done quickly and what options we had if we wanted to wait. Every one we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. By Sunday afternoon the new door was in place and looking great."

"?????????? Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can?t say enough good things about The Garage Door Doctorz! From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and super knowledgeable. The technician arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed before I even finished my coffee. They were honest about pricing, didn?t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and even gave me tips on how to keep my garage door running smoothly. The new opener they installed is so quiet and smooth?I?m honestly kind of obsessed with opening my garage now ?. It?s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service like this. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door repairs or upgrades!"

"These guys are great. My garage door was broken and ended up needing to be replaced entirely. Other companies I called didn't call me back or had long wait times, where these guys came out the next day. John was really nice, worked quickly and explained everything in and way I understood. He came back a few days later and dropped off an extra door opener as he had promised, and I was impressed he remembered. Definitely recommend these guys.

"went well. My garage door was ~25 years old. The technician gave me a few options and in the end it seemed like replacing the garage door would be a better option. They gave me a great deal i couldn't refuse and i ended up changing the garage door to a brand new insulated one with an advanced controller that had all kinds of technical plus safety features. The replacement also happened within 2 days."
