"Vendor was responsive in scheduling visit.  However, they did not show up until about a couple of hours beyond a 2 hour window so ended up waiting for several hours with my tenant.  Was told coupon could not be used because there was malfunction in AC (ended up using coupon at another rental).  Did not fix problem but quoted replacement unit that turned out to be quite high.  Another vendor eventually addressed the issue by cleaning the unit.
