It turns out that Ice had built up on the cooling elements and had also built up on the circulating fan and so the fan was frozen and not working. Ken diagnosed the problem, and got rid of the ice with a heat gun. And the refrigerator was working. No parts had to be replaced. I was pleased with the service and the job that was done. I thought it was a little costly - $234 for one hour job."

"Needed help installing a dryer vent through a brick wall... Didnt have the right tools to drill a 4 inch hole in bricks efficiently and decided to hire someone. I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"
