"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

He said when he could start the project and he started on that day. He was in constant communication when needed and pretty easy to contact with questions. "We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a complete room E-Design from Jill Seidner in early September of 2011 and sent her the information she needed (room dimensions, photos, what we wanted, etc) by the end of November. We heard back from her fairly promptly that we were on her list. In January, she asked for some additional information on dimensions and in early February, we were asked to choose from one of two designs. The final design was ready by the end of March. Along the way, we had to check in every week or two to see how things were going and received repeated promises that she'd be getting to our project soon. We weren't in a huge rush, so didn't push the issue, but it just seemed to take a lot longer than we had expected. Our suspicion was that she received more response from the Big Deal than she could handle in a reasonable time period, which seems unfortunate.

The posses a great sense of humor, sharing family stories, work stories while sawing, hammering and staying focus on their work. When I had questions about the pluming, they were quick to show me and explain to me what a "P" trap was and how it worked 
The workers laid the tile out in the design I suggested to let me see what it would look like before the final process.
The crew of Dream Bath's of Alabama were sincere I their works and my wife is very pleased with the results. They even explained the warranty, and warranty process o the plumming, bath fixtures and they backed up their works. GREAT!
