We did not haggle on price in that I had other estimates and wanted to give Ted the incentive to do the job right and in a timely manner. He met all those goals. "Noa and his crew were on schedule, as they predicted. All were polite, respectful and well qualified in their work. The finished driveway and sidewalk look good, though there is already a hairline crack in one area after a week, hopefully it won't get larger. There was one issue with some damage done to the edge of my garage floor by the demolition process. I sent Noa pictures and asked for his recommendation as to how to best repair the damage. Though he did respond to my emails, he never did make it out to look at the damge or give me any advice. I contacted the original contractor who had installed my expensive floor covering and he came out and fixed the damage. I would use Noa and his crew again but I would spend more time going over the job site and discussing possible problem areas closer."

"We hired Good Samaritan Landscaping and Concrete to landscape our backyard. They laid sod, put in garden beds and mulch, put down gravel, built a retaining wall, installed a sprinkler system, hauled off broken concrete, and remediated work done by another contractor who failed to complete the work requested, and installed a concrete pad. They also removed sod from our side yard and park strips, and replaced the sod with gravel. Fred and his wife were very professional, friendly, and reliable. Fred and his crew worked very hard, were fast and efficient, and did a beautiful job. They were straightforward with us on cost estimates and the cost of changes both monetary and time-wise. We would definitely hire them again!"

"Salesi was given the project of turning an area of dirt/gravel mix of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. into a driveway.  The original area was slightly sloped.  Salesi dug the dirt out and graded the area to specs, getting it ready for the pouring of cement.  The area had a giant cedar tree stump which I paid a different tree contractor to grind the stump down to a level Salesi can work with.  After that, Salesi poured the gravel foundation on the entire area and tamped it.  He then, placed rebars approximately three feet apart all over the area.  Lastly, a 4500 psi cement was poured all over the area and had a broom finish.  Salesi was very professional in all the communication between us.  He was very courteous and arrived on time on days he said he would come, and worked long hours each day.  His crew also worked hard all day during the pouring of concrete.  I would highly recommend Salesi Construction to anybody planning to have a new driveway, or any kind of cement project they have at home or commercially.
