"Answered questions clearly and helpfully. Arrived late due to traffic, but called ahead well before the arrival time to give a heads-up. Note that they only do remediation, not repair/removal. It would be nice if they could help you coordinate with removal specialists to come in and do that step of the process once remediation is done. Overall, though, this is a great service, and I highly recommend it."
