"Painting concrete pool deck & driveway pressure washing"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"We had almost all of our window screens replaced by Affordable Custom Creations. Very quick response for quote and installation, and reasonably priced. The new screens turned out great! Would highly recommend."

"Overall it went well.  It looks like the provider did a pretty good job.  I wasn't home at the time; I left a check for the provider.
He gets a "B" because my screen door was broken and it wasn't even mentioned to me... I just found it when I got home.  The screen door was held open with the stopper, and I assume he couldn't figure out how to close it, so it was forced, and snapped.  The door is old, and the porch is on my list of areas to fix-up, so I'm not super angry, or anything... but he should have notified me that it happened.  It's damage, and to not notify me that it happened is unacceptable.
Just another small tip for the provider: in the future, you should probably call the customer when you arrive (if they're not home) and when the job is done - just to let them know.  I didn't know if he'd even come to do the work until I got home at the end of the night.

"Zac did an excellent job pressure washing our pool deck. He was very thorough and the deck looked practically brand new when he was done."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"It went Great. Fast response the same day I called, call returned, sales man showed up with samples that night. Job started 1 month later . Got 5 estimates, they were in the middle with better quality products and some upgrades. Owners was friendly and polite. Workers were friendly, polite, hardest workers Ive ever met!!!! I am so very happy with my New Roof ,with Peel and stick under layments ,Certainteed Landmark AR Shingles,Rated A++, new vents, many xtras. Fair and Honest Company! Best to me in Central,Fl. Call Steve Simmons and crew in Eustis,Fl at Simmons Performance Roofing and be treated like a Family or better! I did!!!"

"Eric and his team are the BEST. I got several quotes and Eric's was right in line with the others, but I chose his company because he was the only one that showed up on time AND communicated clearly through the whole process. There were no sneaky fees added in at the end and his team was so fast and clean that it blew me away. He got bonus points in my eyes for buying lunch for his crew on their last day at our house. I can't recommend this company enough. We are hiring him again soon to paint or pool deck."

"I asked Little Huggies to mow the yard while we were on vacation for several weeks. They mowed the yard with attention to how it looked when finished rather than just rushing to get it do so they could be off to the next job. And I appreciate that! And it looked great. They also transformed our driveway that was way over due to be pressure washed into the cleanest it has ever been. And our driveway had a lot of algae build up. Their technique of careful application of chemicals so that they soak into the concrete before pressure washing works better than any company's process I have ever seen. And I've used a lot of companies with little satisfaction. Excellent job. I will certainly hire them again!!"

"I had a very positive experience with Seabreeze. The salesman arrive exactly when he said he would arrive, made his measurements and talked with me about the extent of work I wanted done. He showed me the company's business license and proof of insurance. He requested a deposit of $450.00 for the work.
The technician that performed the actual work did an excellent job. He made certain that he did not dammage anything in or around the aluminum frame, performed the work as instructed and cleaned everything when he was done.
