"We got central air installed to our central heating system and replaced our aging water heater. Travis was easy to talk to and up front and honest about everything, he carefully walked me through every step of the process and made it easy to understand what he was doing. After he sent the final quote he realized that there was the incorrect AC unit on there and quickly called me to alert me to that and make sure I was good to proceed, which I thought was fantastic. He was very flexible on when the install was going to happen and once he and his guys got here they were courteous and professional and the install was relatively quick and painless. He was dead on with his time estimate (about 8 hours) and got everything cleaned up after he was done. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend him to people in the Lansing area, he was great!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Trever showed up on time and immediately began work after I showed him what part of the fence I wanted repaired. He repaired other parts that he noticed also. Our understanding was that there would be a comprehensive survey and report on the home.  The reality was that the company was focused on primarily energy conservation and doing work to make the home more efficient in that regard.  They took readings and checked airflow but never really identified specifically where the problem areas were or any of the readings they took.

In the end there was no "report" only a detailed quote for the list of work they suggested be done.  Based on the cost and the very long payback period based on their projection of utility savings we elected not to go forward with their services. 

The staff was responsive and was conscientious about follow up and scheduling but I really did not need three visits to accomplish what was done.
