"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They were very professional and efficient. They did the house repairs requested but missed the details (did not use finishing nails on kitchen cabinet trim and used screws to attach ceiling edge molding, paint mess not fully cleaned up - things that had to be redone by someone else later). The cost for an extra hour of labor was - $75, more than seemed appropriate given the quality of the work performed."

Our understanding was that there would be a comprehensive survey and report on the home.  The reality was that the company was focused on primarily energy conservation and doing work to make the home more efficient in that regard.  They took readings and checked airflow but never really identified specifically where the problem areas were or any of the readings they took.

In the end there was no "report" only a detailed quote for the list of work they suggested be done.  Based on the cost and the very long payback period based on their projection of utility savings we elected not to go forward with their services. 

The staff was responsive and was conscientious about follow up and scheduling but I really did not need three visits to accomplish what was done.
