"The results from A-Line Designs are wonderful. I've had a little bit of differences as far as them telling me how much things are going to cost, like I will get something on my bill that they haven't told me I was going to be charged. A little sample of a rod where the sample that I received and I thought it was going to to be free, it was $60 on my bill plus shipping and handling so all in all it was $90 for the little two inch sample of a rod. I still have that little sample and I did order the rod and the company that sent it took $30 off since I bought it but if I had not chosen that rod that would have been an additional $90 and I was not told that I would be charged for it. They were late in ordering things, there was one order where I had given the okay and everything and it took a month for them to order it. It's just I'm still in the business so I'm real aware of how companies do business. Their opinions and what they've done and all the decorating is beautiful, I'm real pleased with that part of it, it's just that their business practice is I',m not a little sure of. I had a business and I could not have done a quote and then when it came time for the bill, for the bill to be more than the quote. When I got the bill, there was a little note on their that the quilt that I had chosen, they had said that it was going to be so much per yard and on my bill, there's more than that amount per yard. I did talk to them about the sample and I want them just to finish what they're doing. At the very beginning, I told them that I wanted to know how much things cost and they said absolutely. Anyway, there has just been two times where I haven't got the chance to talk to them about the cost of the material or giving me a quote that I thought that that would be the price but as it turns out, they had made a mistake or whatever, my bill was actually different than the quote. I had not had an opportunity to talk to them about that. They're really, really nice. It's not so much the money, I used to give quotes and if I  made a mistake on my quote, I didn't make the customer pay for it so that what I'm used to. Maybe the decorating business is common, I don't know because I never had a decorator before. For pricing, they're not any higher than anybody else."

"Had to call several times to set appt. As soon as he got to our house for his 6 hours of repairs , he left to go to Home Depot for parts. He did a fine job on the attic floor repair in the garage but the work he did reattaching tiles to our bathtub/shower was horrendous. Will have to pay another repairman to undo / redo his work. He said any electrical work was out of his scope"

"I REPLACED A GAS FIREPLACE WITH A WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE. I HAD THE DEN COMPLETELY GUTTED. I TOLD RYAN SOME IDEAS I HAD AND HE DREW UP PLANS FOR A FIREPLACE MANTLE AND HE REPLACED THE BAR IN THE DEN WITH AN AUDIO CABINET AND CUSTOM SHELVES. HE HELPED ME PICK THE GRANITE FOR THE HEARTH, AND HE FOUND SOME GORGEOUS SLATE TO PUT ABOVE THE AUDIO CABINET. A SPECIAL TOUCH WAS THE LIGHTING HE DESIGNED TO SHINE UP OUT OF THE MANTLE WITH A DIMMER SWITCH. HE DID ALL OF THE WIRING, LIGHT DIMMERS, CEILING FAN, AND MANY OTHER THINGS. YOU CAN REALLY TELL THAT THE WHOLE JOB IS ONE OF A KIND. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH THE JOB AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITH A CUSTOM JOB THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. <br />"
