"I had a hot water heater replaced a few years ago by Mission and had a crucial part stop working. While the part was still under warranty, I paid for a service fee to have it replaced at a fair cost (just labor, the part was under warranty). Unfortunately, the replacement part failed in a short time. Long story short, they came back out and spent time on two different days correcting the problem and replacing the part. It really was just one of those odd-ball everything goes wrong kind of malfunction, although it was no fault of the company. In the end, Mission Plumbing sent me an invoice with a zero balance.
