"The service was excellent. Juan and Dave had the install done in a shorter time than I thought it would take. They were professional and very friendly. They met with us after the install to ensure we were comfortable with how the door works and let us know about the cool mobile device app. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a garage door or their many other services."

"They were prompt in coming out and Jamie was courteous and capable and replaced 2 springs within an hour. One had broken and he said replacing both was best which I agreed made sense. I deduct 2 stars for the cost of the supplies however. The 2 springs cost me $378 and after he left I saw the same size online at Home Depot for $113. A $265 profit on supplies seems an inappropriate mark up. I write this to inform readers to buy your coils from Home Depot or Lowe’s and negotiate an installation. Surely there is a group in town willing to do this."

"I first started with gathering quotes for windows and doors. I ended up choosing Asheville windows and doors. When it came to me signing the contract and of course sending money I was getting calls and emails to try to get that arranged. Once they received their money, that changed. I had to seek updates on order and install and hardware choices. Never heard back from salesperson. In fact, another trade informed me my windows were in. The installers were awesome but the sales person was incredibly hard to communicate with. I’ve left messages with no response emails with no response. Once he did respond he didn’t seem to know what was going on. He was pretty much useless when it came to finding hardware that I wanted for the doors. I had something in mind and sent it to him. But because he waited so long to get back to me that hardware was out of stock and wasn’t coming anytime soon. I had to order different hardware on my own. Now it’s time for my doors to be installed and since then I’ve been rescheduled twice. Now I will have to reschedule the painters that need to stain the doors. Not happy with the customer service nor the sales person with follow up. Will never recommend or use them again."
