"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"James was responsive to my initial inquiry, was on-time for the quote, answered a number of questions for me and provided a quote quickly. We had an older roof which had a small leak but was ready for replacement after losing a number of shingles over the years. James was upfront about his roofing time frame, which was not unreasonable and was able to work with me on a re-schedule when a conflict arose for me. The roof was just installed so I did not comment on the quality aspect of it but I was entirely impressed by the whole process. The roofing crew arrived early, worked steadily and did a very good job of clean-up after the process. They remained after dark to finish the clean-up. The entire process went smoothly and this is what I hope for when hiring a contractor. The roof looks beautiful, too."

They remodeled my bedroom, made a new walk in closet, repaired a leaky wall in my son's bedroom, painted around our house, repaired leaks, replaced a very difficult window and helped with our pool installation. "This company was listed as painting and drywall. They are actually people who are professional painters who will do drywall as necessary to repair the wall. If we had known that, we would probably have hired a professional carpenter instead: our misunderstanding. They are excellent and efficient at pre-painting drywall repair. They are not professionals at re-framing for drywall, but they gamely went ahead and re-framed the closet and then dry-walled it. They even gave us extra labor time when it took longer than expected. The result is professionally done, both in the re-framed closet and in the other wall repairs. We discussed the the plumbing access doors, and mutually decided that they would not do that work as it is strictly carpentry. Unfortunately, a couple of other things interfered with a top outcome for us. 1) The size of the closet space created was not exactly as we had requested, but the finish was very professionally completed and is acceptable as-is (it is a closet). 2) They are a family business and had a sudden death in the family at the time we were to receive work. After that they also had a couple more unusual delays mid-job. They handled the communications around these occurrences very professionally and promptly, but this means that I cannot actually properly judge how they do with promptness in a normal situation. I also would guess that grief may have interfered with our communication about the closet dimensions, so I am comfortable with the result and suggest that other reviews be weighted more heavily than mine."

"Randy was great at communicating with us, showing up on time for scheduled appointments, cleaning up after his crew and he did everything he promised with superb professionalism.
The 3 art niches in our home didn't match our decor so we wanted them removed to hang family photos and artwork in those areas. Similarly to the art niche work, we also had a 2nd level balcony that overlooked the den we felt was unsafe for our children so we wanted it filled in, also. Randy and his team installed the framing and drywall perfectly and the areas now match the rest of the walls seamlessly. 
Randy also moved 2 power outlets, 2 cable outlets and 1 telephone outlet for us for a better location of our TV, Phone and Internet connections. Those jobs were also done with great professionalism.
