He then showed me exactly what the problem was, what was necessary to fix it and did not try to sell me any services that were not necessary. What else I really liked about the way he runs the business was that there was no "mark up" on the materials used and that his rates were hourly, not a generic price for the project regardless of how long it took. He worked efficiently with his time, and I was only charged for "at cost" materials and the time at my home."
