"Scotti Mechanical answered my call right away. He was out the same day to repair my central air conditioning. He took the extra steps to look at my furnace and check our filters. He was very professional and kept me informed. I would highly recommend him and I will use him again."

"This was the best experience with a company that I have never had come to my home before. I run an Airbnb out of my residence and my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!"

"Awesome job for our furnace and water heater servicing! He will be servicing our central air in the spring. The price was as quoted. I would highly recommend Bill!!"

"After another vendor recommended major repairs to a central AC system, so I called Parker Heating and Cooling to get another quote. Although I did not ask for a diagnosis, Jeremy inspected the system and discovered an overlooked minor problem, which he took care of. His diligence and honesty saved us thousands of dollars! Jeremy was very responsive and easy to deal with and checked back to make sure the problem was resolved. These days "five stars" has diminished in meaning, but this truly was excellent service!"

"Came to the house ON TIME, very professional, provided exact service as hired. Recommended logical follow up service and emailed with updates. After hiring terrible contractors that never called back or never showed up for scheduled work, this was a pleasant experience. Thanks HARP!"

"They did an exceptional job installing the heat pump and I've been more than satisfied with the service. They are friendly, professional and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Lloyd and his team were quick to respond to my central AC problem. Lloyd was honest and open about my AC situation and the options available. The cost was priced well for the service."

"After getting a really late (several days) or no response from two other plumbers, I contacted Griswold plumbing after finding them here. Jeremy called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and scheduled me for two days later. The other plumber that actually returned my call needed a week after missing the first appointment. Jeremy showed up and identified the issues with my hot water and quoted me a very fair price for the amount of work he ended up having to do on my neglected plumbing. He was friendly, quick, honest, and professional. He had everything completed within a reasonable time and my hot water never worked so good. I decided to go with him again for another project I need help with and I will keep Griswold Plumbing in mind for my next home. The reviews really show what great service these guys provide!"

"Plumber was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. After accessing my damages, provided me various repair options and related quotes that were reasonable. Excellent job on repairs....Thank You!"
