Thrilled with how Jeff diagnosed the problem, went to work, and did repairs without removing tiles or cutting through walls. He would get 10stars if I could give them! P.S. another company told me the water heater would have to be removed during shower repairs so I would also need to get a new water heater, which was not necessary since Jeff did the job the RIGHT way.
