"Bill and Spencer performed outstanding work correcting pipe and faucet leaks that had developed over time. Their 'sharp eye' and professional experience corrected apparent problems, but most importantly discovered developing problems and offered very cost-effective ways to repair for lasting peace of mind. The "can do" attitude resulted in a great "we got this" experience. Will use this team for my future home improvement projects and repairs. It is so satisfying to find someone who identifies the problem(s) correctly, has great integrity and does what they say they are going to do to remedy the issues in a very time-sensitive manner."

"Secondly, I was seeking estimates to replace my aging Amana 90% natural
gas furnace in my primary residence. It is located in a Michigan
basement so it has numerous environmental factors that are corroding the
unit. I fear it may not make it into the winter of 2013. He explained
the models and the representative was thorough and told me about
current Government-allowed-tax-deductions for installing newer and more
energy efficient units.( I bought my original furnace from them in
January of 1993.) He wrote me up a bid promptly. Unfortunately, the job
would well-exceed my budget for the time-being. They were at my
property before for the furnace and have ALWAYS a great job! I wish I
could afford to have this new job done--they would certainly be in the
running!

"Our overall experiences have been positive. This is a relatively new business and my husband was hesitant to hire them, but he is now the company's best abmassador and "advertisement!" When we called for the flooded basement, we hoped he could squeeze us in during the next couple days. Instead, he acknowledged this is an emergency and was there within a couple hours. Having the fix completed so quickly was a huge relief to us. The company is personable, friendly and explains what they're doing. VERY important to us, who know nothing about being "handy." Our home is 55 yrs. old and lots of the pipes and plumbing are getting old. I now think we need him to do a "home inventory" and advise us of the projects that need to be done; then if we schedule (and budget) a couple "maintenance" jobs annually, we'll save money, rather than wait for the next disaster, which has been our tendency."
